Ho studiato Strategia del Turismo, Patrimonio Culturale e Made in Italy all’Università Tor Vergata di Roma. Mentre la maggior parte dei miei colleghi si è orientata verso la gestione dell’ospitalità, io sono rimasto affascinato da una domanda diversa: perché così tante grandi attività del turismo hanno siti web pessimi?
Per quasi un decennio ho lavorato all’intersezione tra turismo e web design. Quello che è iniziato come un interesse personale è diventato una specializzazione professionale: costruire siti che non si limitino ad avere un bell’aspetto, ma che si posizionino concretamente nei motori di ricerca e convertano i visitatori in prenotazioni dirette.
